Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, the Business Admin Apprenticeship is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on an 18-month fixed term basis. This role allows for hybrid working, details of which can be discussed further at the assessment day/interviews.

Here’s the facts about the role:

You’ll start out with a Business Admin apprenticeship (Level 3) to gain practical skills and real-world experience in the social housing sector.  You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and a variety of development opportunities.


On successful completion of your Business Admin apprenticeship, you’ll progress to a Housing based apprenticeship where you’ll gain an industry recognised professional qualification in your chosen field of Lettings, Customer Influence, Neighbourhoods, Anti-social Behaviour or Leasehold Management.


You’ll learn within a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. Receiving structured training and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.

To apply for our housing apprenticeships, you must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have at least 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4/A*-C, including Maths and English
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a keen interest in social housing
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
