We’re recruiting for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team.  Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, this is a permanent position, working 37 hours a week with the flexibility of a mix of home and office working.

Here’s the facts about the role:   

As a data engineer, you’ll be responsible for Data Automation in VIVID. This is a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and delivering automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver automation solutions for platform monitoring and alerting.  

 

Additionally, this role will be multi-skilled & able to develop PowerBI reporting for the business where required. 

 

The data engineer will effectively troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Develop automated solutions for monitoring & alerting around data alignment in PowerBI and create and optimize Power BI dashboards for data visualization and reporting. 

 

You’ll be educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience in a senior/principal BI or Data Engineering role with an enthusiastic approach to leading and managing change.
