Here’s the facts about the role:

As Planned Programme Project Supervisor, you’ll oversee the delivery of projects within VIVID’s Planned Programme, ensuring that objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.

You'll undertake contract management of internal and external partners to ensure that works are delivered to cost, quality and time targets. You’ll develop forecasts/plans of works delivery ensuring the financial position of projects is clearly understood, taking into account commitments, spend to date and WIP.  Due to the nature of the role, involvement in s20 consultations will be required to ensure leaseholders are appropriately engaged as part of the delivery of works.

Through effective project management you will ensure that tasks are completed when required, with risks and issues managed effectively as they arise.  Ideally, you'll hold a Project Management qualification (APM/Prince2), demonstrate knowledge and have a minimum of 2 years previous experience of managing planned works programmes. A good understanding of project management and roofing is essential.

Ensuring all H&S measures are in place and being followed is a critical aspect of the role to ensure tenants, staff and contractors are always kept safe. An understanding of CDM’s is therefore beneficial although training will be provided in this area where required.

You’ll play a key role in growth in this position and will be comfortable with change, welcoming it as an opportunity to grow demonstrating initiative and good judgement whilst working.

Due to the nature of this role, you’ll be required to hold a full driving licence with a car available for business use.

Interviews are due to take place on Wednesday 1 May, at our Basingstoke office.
