We’re always on the lookout for Customer Experience Advisors to join our customer focused Contact Centre in Basingstoke.

 

Our Customer Experience Advisors work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the ability to work from home once initial training is complete. Our contact centre doesn’t operate during evenings or weekends!

 

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, through a range of channels including calls, live chat and video chat.

 

We’re looking for people with contact centre experience who’ll provide a friendly, efficient and helpful first-class service to our customers, whether that be arranging a repair, dealing with an urgent or emergency situation, handling a disgruntled customer or a customer who is struggling to make ends meet.  

 

You don't need experience in housing however, previous experience in a contact centre is essential. No two calls are the same, so you’ll need to be adaptable, empathetic and resilient.
