The Vacancy
We’re VIVID! –We offer a vibrant, friendly, inclusive culture that supports, develops and attracts the best people!
We’re recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour Legal Administrator to join our team! Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you’ll be supporting our ASB team. This is a part time, permanent position working 22 hours per week, with working hours and days to be agreed. We can offer flexibility around when these hours are worked, which will be discussed at interview.
This role requires a minimum of 20% of office based working to promote collaboration and team working. Travel across the wider operational area will also be required occasionally.
Want to know what we can offer you?
Here’s the facts about the role:
This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to join our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) team! Working closely with ASB Officers, solicitors, barristers and the courts, you will play a key role in preparing legal documentation, creating court bundles, filing paperwork within deadlines and ensuring legal cases are accurately recorded and progressed.
As an Anti-Social Behaviour Legal Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the ASB team, helping to manage legal case applications, monitor case activity, process CCTV requests and maintain accurate records. The role involves drafting standard legal documents, liaising with internal teams and external agencies, coordinating referrals, scheduling meetings and supporting ASB officers with their legal case work. You’ll also assist with equality and proportionality assessments, injunction applications and other legal processes, ensuring work is completed efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support positive outcomes for our customers by taking ownership of tasks, promoting a comprehensive approach across teams and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and professional standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and attention to detail skills and will have the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You'll have experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced administrative environment, strong IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A commitment to professional standards, teamwork and delivering high-quality service is essential, along with the confidence to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
Experience working with legal documents and processes or a similar field would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the social housing sector, however these are not essential. Ultimately this is a great opportunity to support our customers and help us to continue to create safe communities.
Interviews are due to take place 21 August at our Basingstoke office (subject to change).
