As a committee member, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our customer service strategies, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will be able to bring your insights and experiences right into the heart of decision making at VIVID.
Our Customer Service Committee works collaboratively to ensure customers' voices influence and shape everything we do. Your feedback is invaluable to us!
You'll be part of a team, overseeing our service standards, monitoring their delivery, and ensuring complaints are handled efficiently and fairly, driving improvements in service quality for customers and making a difference to communities.
If you are passionate about the communities that VIVID operate in, it's a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact and be part of something special.
Time commitment:
The committee usually meets 4 times a year with additional meetings and training where required.
Upcoming meetings for 2025 are 22 July and 28 October, 5pm–7.30pm and will rotate between our Basingstoke and Portsmouth offices.
